Online Music Store

Before the Internet was born, people usually have to go to retail music stores just to purchase selected albums of their favourite artist. Today, the dawn of digital music has set a way for people to buy music via the World Wide Web and for online providers of such products to emerge in this millennial age.

An online music store sells audio files, which are typically music in mp3 formats, depending on such bases as per-song and subscription. Online music stores are different from music streaming service providers in a way that these virtual stores sell the actual audio file to customers while music streaming websites only allow people to play a demo or full version of a music file from another possible source.
